view more2020224 · The issue (for me, anyway) seems to be about the X session not being restored on resume from suspend after the laptop lid was closed. I previously used a keyboard shortcut that ran. Code: Select all. xrandr --auto. and I hit that shortcut when I opened the laptop lid and was greeted with the usual black display bug.
